Rameses was the greatest of all the ancient Egyptian pharaohs, and his life is remembered in history as both mighty and shrouded in mystery. During his 66-year reign, he conquered a larger empire than any other ruler, and built many monuments to his exploits. He also sired over 100 children, one of whom might have been the Biblical Moses.
